Jonel Farmer — known worldwide as Fellon Phelps — was born and raised in the Glenville neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up down the street from Bone Thugs n Harmony legends Krayzie Bone and Layzie Bone, music was never a choice — it was destiny.
Since launching his professional career in 2016, Fellon has released over 7 projects spanning Hip-Hop, Trap, Drill, and Electronic Dance Music. He writes every lyric himself and owns exclusive rights to every beat he has ever recorded on.
A member of the NAACP and active community leader, Fellon has personally helped over 3,000 people in Cleveland start their own businesses — bankrolling startups, teaching marketing, and helping build credit for home and auto loans.
